INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Construcione establishes an integrated management system (SGI) with the aim of promoting continuous improvement in the quality of all our processes and services provided, aiming to maintain a preventive stance on occupational health and safety and minimize impacts on the environment. Through the SGI we guarantee that our processes, procedures and routines are standardized, continually monitored and improved, always aiming to achieve the company’s objectives, meet customers’ legal and contractual requirements with transparency and permanent controls.
Ensure customer satisfaction through the provision of quality services and compliance with contractual commitments, in accordance with applicable technical standards;
Prevent, through awareness and continuous training of its employees and partners, the occurrence of incidents, accidents and occupational illnesses, as well as comply with the legal requirements applicable to the Health and Safety of the activity, based on its operational controls;
Preserve the environment, seeking alternatives that reduce and/or prevent the impacts caused by its activity, prioritizing the reduction of waste generation and the reduction of the consumption of natural resources;
Continuously improve the Integrated Management System, seeking greater competitiveness, business efficiency and customer satisfaction, ensuring the sustainable development of the organization;
Respect, protect and defend the rights of every human being, ensuring that there is no discrimination based on ethnic origin, gender, religion, belief, disability, age or sexual orientation and promoting the professional development, satisfaction and motivation of our employees.
